After the Storm

We have been having stormy weather for several days. It has been too stormy for my morning walk! (I won't walk in the rain or the wind--or the snow for that matter.) Given that, the day does not feel right when I miss my morning walk!

Finally, this morning the sun came out! HOORAY! I put on my walking clothes, a warm hat and I was off. It was 50 degrees and not a breeze in sight. It was the perfect morning for a brisk walk.

The hills are turning green, the ponds are filled, even the puddles are picturesque. I hope we have a few dry days.
